In-Stat predicts that 76 million Wi-Fi enabled phones will be sold.

Braodcom公司 Jeff Baer先生
Since joining Broadcom in 2004, Jeff Baer has instrumental in
Broadcom’s entry into the embedded WLAN market. Jeff recently
assumed business development responsibilities for Broadcom’s
“mobility” business in the Asia-Pacific region, where he drives new
opportunities for the company’s Wi-Fi and combination wireless
devices in mobile applications.
Jeff has over 20 years of engineering,
applications engineering, and marketing experience, with a focus on
embedded system CPUs and networking connectivity. Prior to joining
Broadcom, Jeff was at National Semiconductor for 13 years, and was
the founding Representative Director for QNX Software Systems KK,
the Japan subsidiary of a leading Real-time Operating System
supplier for mission-critical applications.
Jeff holds two BAs and an MS from the University
of California at Santa Cruz, with majors in Computer and Information
Sciences and Applied Economics. He also earned his MBA from the Haas
School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Kelly Davis-Felner is Marketing Director for the Wi-Fi Alliance,
where she oversees branding, communications, market development,
membership, recruitment and retention, market research, and global
public relations for the organization. She also holds responsibility
for driving the development of Wi-Fi Alliance corporate strategy.
Kelly has spoken worldwide about Wi-Fi’s impact on applications,
devices, and users. She is charged with promoting the technology
worldwide and travels extensively as one of its leading ambassadors,
working with the Wi-Fi Alliance’s 300+ member companies.
Before joining the Wi-Fi Alliance in 2004, Kelly
enjoyed roles in consumer and business marketing, as well as in
non-profit management. Kelly holds a BA in Communications from
Loyola University of New Orleans, a Masters in Social Work from
Tulane University, and an MBA from The University of Texas at
Austin. She lives with her family in Austin, Texas.<Back>
