topic(s) and description (limit 150 words please) along with the
name, title and contact information of the speaker(s). Proposals
will not be accepted after the July 18, 2008 cutoff date. User-led
presentations/case studies are strongly encouraged. All speaking
opportunities are offered in conjunction with sponsorship packages.
